It's a simple mental technique practised sitting in a chair or on your meditation cushion with your eyes closed , you don’t need to sit cross legged.
Group meditations is proven to reduce stress and bring inner peace. In a guided meditation individuals will be in a meditative state where their mind quietens, and the body rests very deeply.
