Wake up at 6am or earlier, Kaphas love their sleep, but too much resting will aggravate your Dosha.
Kaphas respond best to vigorous and challenging workouts, but make them fun! Otherwise we might find number of excuses not to exercise. Hiking, long distance running are perfect to keep Kapha in balance.
Practise pranayama:
1. Bhastrika (also known as Bellows Breath) is a heating practice that burns accumulated toxins and stokes the inner fire—supporting proper digestion on all levels.
2. Kapalabhati (or Skull Shining Breath) tones the digestive organs and strengthens the core while bringing lightness and clarity to the mind.
Only eat once the feeling of hunger is achieved, Kaphas rarely get hungry and can easily survive on 2 meals a day. Include all spices in your food to help kindle the agni 🔥
