SELF LOVE LESSON 1 | LEARNING TO LOVE YOURSELF
How you love yourself affects how happy you allow yourself to be.
How you love yourself affects what opportunities you allow yourself to take on.
How you love yourself affects how others treat you.
How you love yourself affects how you allow others to treat you.
How you love yourself directly affects your work, your relationship with your family, your relationship with friends and your love life.
SWLF LOVE LESSON 2 | WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LOVE YOURSELF?
This video is about Self Love Lesson 2
What does it mean to love yourself? To love yourself means to accept yourself as you are and to come to terms with those aspects of yourself that you cannot change. It means to have self-respect, a positive self-image, and unconditional self-acceptance.
SELF LOVE LESSON 3 | WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF?
Write down 5 traits that you love about yourself! Are you kind, are you loving, are you generous, are you understanding?
Now write 5 things that you dislike about yourself! Where do they come from? Do they come from your parents, teachers, friends? Have you ever been given a label that was not true, but you learned to believe?
Now say to yourself: " What would it take for me to fully love myself, despite the above?
This is unconditional self acceptance, where you can say: I may be ........, but I chose to love and accept myself anyway.
Ask yourself today! How can I love all parts of me? The answer will come to you, in a moment of stillness and peace!
SELF LOVE LESSON 4 | FOCUSING ON SELF
Releasing other people's judgment about us.
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.-"Eleanor Roosevelt.
Release the judgments of others: The judgments that others place on you can be incredibly influential on how you see yourself, if you let them.
When you compare your self with anyone else, you neglect self. Instead of, focusing your time and energy on developing the authentic you.
Inletting others influence your self image, you neglect self.
Other people's judgment has nothing to do with us. It's nothing but their opinion about themselves, a part of themselves that they have not come to accept yet.
Say with me: "Today, I forgive myself for neglecting myself, i forgive myself for seeing myself through the eyes of others, instead of through the eyes of God."
