Coaching offers you sound, unbiased guidance as you face major decisions in life. Coaching can also help you let go of your old limiting beliefs, clarify your goals and vision, take more risks, find what your purpose is and start working on it. You can then live a life that you love and enjoy.
The first quarter or so of the sessions are used to identify limiting beliefs. Then we develop patterns to overcome those limiting beliefs. Thereafter the coach will help you make those patterns second nature, part of your regular habits that you practice on a daily basis.
1 TO 1 HYPNOTHERAPY & COACHING
During sessions, we work with people to identify all their subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs regarding relationships, communication, success, happiness and abundance. Until we can identify what these subconscious programs are and break through them, we will continue falling into the same negative patterns. Read more here.

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.

I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.
