When you are in a stressful situation, your body launches a physical response. Your nervous system springs into action, releasing hormones that prepare you to either fight or take off. Travel is not included in any retreat package fee
If you have a pre-existing health condition, are injured, are recovering from surgery, are taking prescription medicines, are pregnant or post natal, suffer from allergies, you must make us aware in writing prior to attending the event
You may choose to upgrade your retreat package (subject to availability) and share your room.
Doing so will incur the associated package rate - meaning a 1 Person Occupancy room becomes a 2 or 3 Person Occupancy room and incur the related package fee prior to the retreat start date.
The total fee payable will be borne by 2 or 3 people (depending on room and availability) and can be used to reduce each person's total retreat package fee.
All payments are non-refundable and no claim will be possible in the future. No correspondence will be entered into.
Cancellation is only permitted if a shortlisted attendee agrees to pay in full, prior to the retreat start date.
Request for cancellation should be sent by email only.
Your request is valid when you receive confirmation of the same by email.
Your retreat package fee is transferrable on the condition the person attending in your stead completes and satisfies the terms of attendance.
Optional services and private coaching sessions booked during the retreat are payable in full on the day of the session with the suppler.
